These tales are told with a Texas twang. I include stories of real people that I discovered while writing books about famous and infamous Texas sites and writing Historical Markers posted along Texas roadways. Yes, real people write the words you see on those highway markers.

  4. Hi, Myra. Good to hear from you. I bought your book back on 12/21/23, but haven’t had a chance to read it yet. I’m in the middle of catching up on the books in a series (Garden Girls) by Hope Callaghan. This series is one of several she writes. They are cozy mystery books that feature women who are mostly in their 60s who solve crimes. They are only around 20-35 chapters, have great plots and are fun reads. I want to catch up before her next two books come out in a month or so.

I’m always anxious to read your books, and can’t wait to read this new one. I know I will enjoy it!!

How is Stroud? How are you? Hope you are doing well and staying warm!! Take care and hope to hear from you soon! Love, Bev

    P. S. The “test run” of your newsletter is working perfectly! Thanks!

  5. Myra,
You are such a talent and go-getter. Whatever you do is always top notch, interesting, on target in every way. I applaud always what you do, say, write, teach, and just who you are.
